Spring Salad – A lovely mix of spring greens, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, celery and carrots topped with a flavorful Herb Vinaigrette.
Crispy Crab Cakes – A wonderful combination of Crabmeat and vegetables fried to perfection
Jerk Chicken with Mango Chutney – Chicken breasts seasoned with homemade jerk seasoning and grilled over an open flame.
Beef Empanadas – Fried pastry pockets filled with beef, potatoes, tomatoes, and onions.
Caribbean Fried Rice – Rice cooked in island spices with chicken, onion, peppers, celery, asparagus, and carrots.
Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes – Sweet potatoes stuffed with a sweet mix of coconut milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon and topped with shredded coconut.
Caribbean Rum Sopped Coconut Cake – Deep rum flavor makes this Caribbean dessert simply delightful!
The Fine Print:
*BYOB, except for kids classes.
*Minimum class size is 6. Classes with less than six people enrolled will be rescheduled for another date.
*Maximum interactive class size is 14. Any extra guests will not be able to cook.
*Payment-in-full required at time of reservation. If reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours from the day of the party, no refund will be given.
*Group reservations require a minimum of 10 people and a non-refundable deposit of half the total at time of reservation. Group reservations must be paid-in-full 72 hours before the day of class.
*Menu subject to change.
