You’ll learn how to cook the perfect steak in the oven and the grill.

Start out your night with some complementary champagne!

This 7-course menu includes:

  • Rib Eye, Filet, Flank Steak and New York Strip

  • Accompanied by an Iceberg Wedge Salad

  • Bearnaise Sauce, Mushroom Sauce

  • Roasted Garlic Broccoli, Goat Cheese

  • Whipped Mashed Potatoes

  • We’ll finish it off with a Dark Chocolate Mouse for dessert!

The Fine Print:
*BYOB, except for kids classes.
*Minimum class size is 6. Classes with less than six people enrolled will be rescheduled for another date.
*Maximum interactive class size is 14. Any extra guests will not be able to cook.
*Payment-in-full required at time of reservation. If reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours from the day of the party, no refund will be given.
*Group reservations require a minimum of 10 people and a non-refundable deposit of half the total at time of reservation. Group reservations must be paid-in-full 72 hours before the day of class.
