Boudin Sausage: We serve this dish as meatballs but it can be done as a stuffing or sausage.
Chicken and Andouille Gumbo: Chicken and sausage with peppers and thickened with rice.
Jambalaya: A Cajun dish of rice, shrimp and sausage that is pure comfort food.
Cajun Red Beans: Smoked pork gives this dish its distinctive aroma.
Banana’s Foster: Over 35,000 pounds of bananas are served yearly to produce the most requested item on Brennans menu.
